Really amazing team. Responded very quickly to a sensitive (and embarrassing) situation. I was very anxious about it. Everyone was incredibly kind, supportive, and empathetic from start to finish. They showed up on time, worked for 6 hours, made sure to ask questions about what was important to me, and they all truly seemed to care and took the time to talk to me. The service was a bit on the expensive side, but is in line with quotes I got from other Decon companies. You get what you pay for, and they did amazing work! I hope to never be in this situation again, but if I ever need the help, I'll definitely be coming back to Begin Again. Thank you so much for all that you do!!

I used Begin Again Decon for a home renovation project. We were renovating my mother’s home and we had ALOT of things to clear. I called Begin Again and spoke with Erynn. She assured me that they could have everything done in the time they set. They arrived on time and they move FAST. They carted it all away. I felt a huge weight lifted off of my shoulders. I honestly can't thank Begin Again Decon for everything they did during such a tough time for our family. Henry was absolutely the best, very caring and detailed. We hired them to clean out after a death and they were so professional, reliable and comforting. Erynn handled dealing directly with the insurance company which was so helpful. Great company!!
