Rita Dexter5 StarStorm flooded my back room. Carpets soaked. Thought everything ruined. Green Planet guys came in with pumps, sucked water out, lifted carpet, dried padding. Told me which furniture safe, which not. Honest about it. Didn’t try to upsell. Took three days of drying but the smell gone. Carpet saved too. East Pasadena home feels dry again. Janis Melo5 StarSewage backup from a blocked vent pipe into our powder room was absolutely disgusting and we had no idea who to call. The smell was unbearable and guests were arriving for Thanksgiving dinner. Fortunately Green Planet Restoration Pasadena handles sewage cleanup pasadena and they came out right away. The crew wore full protective gear and had specialized equipment for this kind of cleanup. They removed all contaminated materials, sanitized everything twice, and deodorized the entire area. Carlos kept us informed throughout the whole process which really helped during such a gross situation. After about 3 days the bathroom was completely clean and safe again. Alena Willis5 StarMy fish tank cracked and 200 gallons leaked out over several hours causing water damage to the hardwood floors and into the crawl space below. By the time I noticed the tank was empty the water had spread everywhere. Called Green Planet Restoration Pasadena and they did a thorough inspection with moisture meters and water extraction. Called Green Planet Restoration of Pasadena and they came out for inspection same day. Brought those loud machines that worked day and night. Honestly annoying noise but it saved the place. Didn’t expect insurance to cover but they helped with paperwork too.
