I am a maintenance supervisor of a property management company that has utilized services of Mold Masters for about five years. Recently one of our long-term tenants complained of a musty odor in their master bathroom. We care about the health of our tenant very much. As we had done a few times before, we contacted Mold Masters to perform a mold investigation. They promptly sent out a very competent mold inspector perform a full investigation. We were impressed that the inspector explained the steps and process of the inspection to us patiently and put our very anxious tenant at ease. The inspector found a hidden leak in the did an air sample survey in the unit, and gave us a five-page report with their findings and recommendations. The report was not alarmist and they did not try to scare us into doing work that was not necessary. The technicians were very nice and professional, which is something that is very rare with any contractors these days. We used one of their recommended plumbers to help fix the hidden leak, which we greatly appreciated. We were also relieved their plumber’s price was very fair and the work was done well. We then hired Mold Masters to remove the mold problem and they dried out the structure with fans and dehumidifiers. They worked with us to help get our tenant relocated and their items cleaned. But our biggest and most pleasant surprise is that they finished the job when they said they would and within budget. This is also a rarity among most contractors these days. Things went as well as could be expected in a situation like this and communication was great. Would hire again.

We called Mold Masters because a plumber found a major leak under our house. Mold Masters came out, inspected the crawl space under our home, and provided some good recommendations. The inspector was very knowledgeable and earned our trust immediately. We had them remove the mold from under our home and were very happy with their work. We have already recommended them to some of our friends. Thank you Mold Masters for a job well done.

We moved into a newly constructed home two years ago and had been experiencing some health issues. We had a feeling mold may be the culprit so we had our home tested. We called Mold Masters and they did a thorough inspection and found some hidden leaks that were causing mold to grow in several areas of our house. We got other estimates to have the problem fixed, but ultimately decided on Mold Masters because of reputation + competitive pricing and the professionalism of their employees. Overall it went very well
