I called to ask for the company to schedule me into their rotation to give me an estimate to repair water damage in my house. I didn't get past the woman on the phone as I questioned the $250.00 fee to give me an estimate. She was very rude and said of course we have to charge for this. I have no idea of their work and am not paying total strangers to come to my house to solicit business for them. Lady hung up on me when I told her ServPro gives free estimates

I had a wonderful experience with this company. I called because my washer was leaking a ton of water and so I called Rainbow International of Burbank and got fantastic service. I was given a range of times that were possible to come and fix my damage and also the customer service was phenomenal. The work that was done was absolutely great and was done in an orderly and timed fashion. I would recommend Rainbow International of Burbank to anyone who has flood or fire damage and needs a company to restore the damage. Also, all of the contractors/workers who went to the house were courteous, friendly and professional.

Chris and Noella were so kind, patient and helpful with the entire process and i couldn’t have thanked them enough! At first I was worried when I realized they were packing electronic equipment and fragile plastic and metal hobby miniatures. Great relief when unpacking and found they had cared for everything as though it was their own.
