From beginning to end, the project was handled with professionalism, efficiency, and good humor…. we are able to compare a previous project (identical to the one you just completed), which was handled by a different contractor back in 2006. There is no question that we have a better job in 2009 by Rossmoyne. Let me express my thanks and appreciation for the timely efforts and hard work put forth by Rossmoyne in connection with rebuilding my burned out apartment unit. The fire… virtually destroyed the unit. I have re-rented the unit, which now looks and functions as a brand new apartment. Thank you for your help. My wife and I recently used Rossmoyne to replace the siding of our craftsman home. Rossmoyne gave us a very reasonable bid, much lower than we’d anticipated. The project manager… made sure the whole job went smoothly… provided amazing customer service, from making sure that all deadlines were met, to promptly answering questions, and responding to any concerns that we may have had. The result was perfectly installed and painted siding. We liked working with Rossmoyne so much that we now want them to do more work for us. We highly recommend them. We have only wonderful things to say… From the moment I first met Bill to last and final run through every thing has been completed with the utmost professionalism. Martin the job foreman has been one of the most pleasant individuals I have had the pleasure of working with. Martin addressed all my concerns and when we needed to adjust the situation he was right on it. The estimator… carefully explained all the issues at hand, what had to be done, why it had to be done… craftsmen showed up on time, were extremely courteous, they cleaned up after themselves on a daily basis, finished the job when they said it would be done. I still can't believe how fast the emergency services was. My whole house flooded and they were able to pack out the house and start demo in just a few days. It was amazing seeing the progress day after day. I'm very happy with the emergency services and the fact that they also do reconstruction. They even remade some cabinets that got water damage. This company has their own carpenters, painters, emergency services, drywallers, and I'm sure they have other services. I'm just listing the guys that came to my house.

Okay, first I want to say that dealing with water damage in my home was a nightmare to say the least and dealing with the insurance company was just about as bad. However, I contacted Rossmoyne to help me with this whole mess and they were wonderful to deal with and very speedy considering the situation. The Emergency service guys came out pretty promptly and gave me an estimate of what needed to be done (nightmare city)! They jumped right on it got the basic mess cleaned up in a few days and then George came out to do an estimate on what the repairs would entail. It was a little bit of a sticker shock but considering I hadn't done any work on this old house since I got it 20 years ago, I guess its no so bad. Anyway the guys did a great job in less time than I expected and the insurance covered most of the cost, so all ended well. Between the Emergency Services guys and the actual Restoration crew I was very happy with the whole job and now that that part of the house looks so new and great, I might have to save up to get the rest of the house up into the modern age.

Alright, I gotta say that I have had more than my fair share of undependable and flaky contractors. Rossmoyne Inc was a breath of fresh air. You will NOT be disappointed. They arrived when they said they would, and they did the job they said they would...yeah really. They also did not tell me one price about an item and then give me some reason why the price would be higher once they were at my place and about to do the job. No questions about it; I will be a return customer and plan on recommending them to all of my family and friends.”

My wife and I had been saving up for some time to get enough money to do some residing on our home. When we got ready to do it we then had to make the decision of who to hire to do the work. We asked around to our friends and the name Rossmoyne Inc came up twice so that seemed like a good one to check out. After talking George and Rick I felt really confident that they were the right group to hire for the job. They came out did the job and we couldn't be happier. Thank you George and all the guys at Rossmoyne Inc. for giving us a happy new looking house.

So unprofessional- came out twice to take measurements and bid the job- we had a flood and needed flooring drywall baseboards mostly finish work- etc. after giving me a bid and me signing the work order agreement i called to check on the start date. His assistant called me back and said “sorry were not able to do your work for u- please find someone else for your project were too busy”! Huge waste of my time extremely unprofessional and really rude.
