There were some tough moments along the way, but they were always there to answer any questions and stayed on top of things by providing us with consistent updates. Delays can be expected in these types of situations, but the value is in the communication during the process. I recently had a leak in my house and I hired Servpro to assist in mitigating the damage. Servpro immediately came to my house, assessed the damage, and worked with my insurance company to quickly and efficiently dry out and remove the wet walls, flooring and cabinets. The staff is knowledgeable, efficient, friendly and hard-working. They are currently working with my insurance company to obtain the fair and equitable compensation needed to restore my house back in order.
