I read the positive reviews for SERVPRO of Westlake before I had started my water remediation work. Having worked with them, I have to say SERVPRO of Westlake really deserves excellent customer ratings. The process of remediation and restoration can be very painful and stressful. Dan and Jesse made it through for me professionally. They always picked up their phones and patiently answered my questions. They provided me with prompt and responsive services. They were extremely efficient, responsive, and responsible. I always reward people who are working hard in this society. I would recommend their services to anyone for remediation projects!

Very prompt, responsive service and was able to perform remediation and tests on very short notice in my time of need! Professional and trustworthy, answered all of my questions. Great communication skills and Dan sent me updates and photos via text which was greatly appreciated and helped to alleviate anxiety. Would recommend to anyone!

The process of remediation and restoration can be incredibly stressful, but working with Dan and Jason made it much more manageable. Dan from Servpro was exceptional. He demonstrated remarkable responsiveness and efficiency, promptly addressing any requests I had. His coordination with Jason for the remediation and restoration was swift and professional. Dan provided speedy estimates and readily provided any additional information I required. Despite Jason's busy schedule, he remained responsive and patient, addressing all my questions and concerns. Their work was not only beautifully executed but also left the area impeccably clean. Considering the quality of their work and their efficiency, I was highly satisfied with the service. Although I'm uncertain about the size of the Servpro office, if their team operates similarly to Dan and Jason, I would enthusiastically recommend their services to anyone for any project.
