When you need good people on your side. I was dealing with a major water damage at my house, this guys just came and solved all the water related damages with no up front cost! And the best thing they dealt with the insurance company which was an hustle last time I dealt with them. 10/10 service, 10/10 quality. Highly recommended!!!

Nino Atilano5 StarThere was a huge leak in my laundry room. I checked Google to see what I could do. I discovered TipTop Restoration. Their reviews were really good so I gave it a shot. They offered free inspection too when I called so that was a big plus for me. Within just an hour of making a call, Willie arrived and discussed what my options were. He installed machines and applied anti-microbial treatments to address potential issues.
What impressed me even more was their flexibility in accommodating my request to avoid any unnecessary demolitions. Despite my initial concerns, Willie efficiently worked around my decision. He was able to dry and restore my laundry room pretty fast. It's been several weeks already and everything is still in good shape. Their service exceeded my expectations. Moshe Ben5 StarIm a contractor in LA for 22 years. Ive worked with numerous contractors but nothing as professional as TipTop Restoration.
Let me tell you a quick story: there was a client of mine in the Sherman Oaks area that had water damage. All I know is just repairing the damage, but I dont know anything about mitigation and drying. This is where TipTop Restoration comes in. I called Dan from TipTop and asked if he can assist my client with the water damage before I perform any kind of repairs. To my surprise, Dan sent his crew the moment a hung up after speaking with him. Dan, his crew, and the his team of multiple estimators handled this job seamlessly. Oh did I mention that this wan an insurance claim? Yep, they handled every documentation with the insurance company and had the cost of mitigation and repairs covered. My client was extremely happy with me, mainly for referring Dan and TipTop Restoration.

I had a bad leak in my bathroom for several days. Couldn't fix it myself so I called these guys to assess the damage. Good thing I did. I spoke with Joel and he was a true professional. His team was able to clean the drywall and applied an anti-microbial solution to prevent the growth of molds. They did an excellent job and looks like the leak never happened.Thursday 28th December 2023
Jade Storms1 StarThey sent over some people that didn’t speak a drop of English. Nobody updated us on what was going on or what was being fixed. They left and said they were coming back the next day. The next day came around and nobody showed up. Tried to call them early morning, 1) the extension for existing clients transfers to a disconnected number. 2) the extension for new clients goes through but the lady who picked up the phone sounded confused, and like she just woke up and like the number was a google voice number. She took my name and number down for a call back and nobody called back to update us. Sat around our home until 2 pm just for them to say that they didn’t have anyone available to come today so they’ll be coming in the morning. Now we are stuck with a high electric bill, no communication. Let’s see if someone shows up today at all. I wouldn’t recommend this to anyone. We are only going through them since our property manager contracted them through insurance.Wednesday 5th June 2024
