Mary Western5 StarHad the unpleasant experience of dealing with a flood at my business about three weeks ago. Make the call to my insurance company and next thing I know Mike from Servicemaster by HCI was at our business taking care of the flood.
After taking out all the water, they set up this loud equipment that dried out our business in 2 days. The team from servicemaster was great and really knew how to deal with my insurance management process. Ill be recommending these guys to all my friends and familyMonday 11th July 2016

Recently I had a bad contractor who did subpar plumbing work and my pipes blew up and flooded my house. I called service master and within 10 mins trucks where at my residence removing water and drying out the room where the damage occurred. They were so fast and did such a great job mitigating what would have been a much bigger problem if I had not had such a prompt response. I have tremendous confidence in this business and won't be calling anyone else, if I need assistance for any related issues in the future.Thursday 14th November 2019
shery Cao5 Stari called them ask for the mold problem. mike haddad was helping me, and asked me for the mold picture. he's very patient to answer my question and tell me what to do, and he doesn't expect you for $1000 for just a little small mold area, maybe less than 2ft. he just told me get a handyman to charge way less for fix the problem, instead for pay him too much. its very helpful guy.Sunday 3rd December 2017
Lisa Castro5 StarOur upstairs neighbors had a bathtub leak that ended up destroying our 2nd bedroom. The leak started about a week prior to being found. Once they discovered the leak the entire ceiling out the room was soaked and about to collapse.
Our property manager called service master by hci and they made it out to our place pretty quick. I guess the water was clean so all they had to dow as dry-out the ceiling. They had this machine that looked like a spider with 20 legs. Each one went into a different section of the ceiling. Within two days the entire ceiling was dry and after testing for mold we were in the clear. Thanks to mike and team service master restore by hci for all their help!!Monday 11th April 2016
